CUSTOMER SATISFACTION - CREDITS, CANCELLATIONS

Harrington's Breweries are passionate about producing the very best craft beer and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please contact us immediately if you have an issue with any purchase and we’ll set it right.

For returns and credits, Harrington's will need to be notified within three days of receipt of delivery for the claim to be considered.

We do not accept returns for a change of mind, and once processed and dispatched you are unable to cancel your order.

We will act in accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

REFUNDS

Should your beer reach you in a less than satisfactory state then please contact us immediately with details of your issue and we will replace the beer as soon as is possible.

PRICING AND CURRENCY

Our prices displayed are in NZ dollars and include GST (15%).

Your Bank Statement will show "C4 Coffee" for any transactions through this website.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Harringtons use TOLL to deliver our orders.

We deliver to Residential and Commercial addresses, as well as most Rural Addresses within New Zealand
We do ship to P.O. Boxes.

We suggest you get your order delivered to a business address where you are confident someone will be able to sign for it.

We ship daily, Monday through Friday and most orders are shipped the same day if we receive your order by 12pm.
